Lot 426: A Large Stainless Steel Fish Poacher
A large professional-grade fish poacher of oval form, constructed from polished heavy-gauge stainless steel. The set comprises a deep poaching pan, a close-fitting lid, and a removable internal lifting rack. The pan is fitted with twin riveted handles at the narrow ends. The lid features a central bridge handle. The internal rack is perforated for drainage and includes two folding wire handles designed to lift a whole fish from the poaching liquid. There are no visible maker’s marks or hallmarks. A paper auction label is attached to the lid handle.
