Lot 537: Three Vintage Radio Control Transmitters including Futaba Skysport 6
A lot of three vintage radio control (RC) transmitters, comprising one Futaba Skysport 6 model and two generic black units. The Futaba Skysport 6 (Model T6YFK) features a silver-coloured finish, FM frequency modulation, and narrow band technology. It is fitted with a 35.050 MHz frequency crystal and includes features such as dual rate and servo reversing. The unit has several hand-written adhesive labels applied to the faceplate for tail and blade control. The first black transmitter is marked FM CCPM 35 MHz and bears a stylised winged A logo, featuring a 3D switch and trainer port. The second black transmitter is marked with a red Product logo and includes individual servo reverser switches for aileron, elevator, throttle, and rudder. All units are constructed from moulded plastic with metal components including toggle switches, gimbal sticks, and telescopic antennas. One loose antenna component is present in the basket. These items were designed for the 35MHz frequency band, the historical standard for radio-controlled flight in the United Kingdom.
