Lot 637: Two Royal Doulton Porcelain Figurines from the Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection
Two glazed porcelain figurines manufactured by Royal Doulton as part of the Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection, inspired by the original illustrations by E.H. Shepard. The first figurine is titled The Littlest Chef from the Cooking Collection, depicting the character Piglet wearing a green scarf and holding a spoon, positioned next to a wooden-topped table featuring a bowl and a honey pot. This item retains its original card swing tag. The second figurine depicts Eeyore lying on his back upon a white cloud-form base, looking towards his tail which is finished with a pink bow. Both pieces are decorated in a soft polychrome palette and are accompanied by their original cardboard boxes, which feature the Royal Doulton brand name and the Classic Pooh logo.
