Lot 651: A Collection of Silver-Plated Tableware and Assorted Metalware Collectibles
An assorted collection of metalware and collectibles comprising two silver-plated footed bowls with pierced openwork decoration and two cake or pie servers. One server features a blade engraved with Christmas Greetings in cursive script and an ornate foliate-patterned handle, while the second server displays engraved floral and scrollwork designs. The lot includes a blue plastic crate containing a variety of small items such as multiple small spoons of varying designs, a gold-tone wristwatch with a circular face and linked metal bracelet, and a small portrait miniature within a circular metal frame. Also present is a textured metal beaker showing interior oxidisation, a black leatherette-covered jewellery case, a small cardboard box with a purple-lined interior, and a small square-shaped brass or copper box with a hinged lid and decorative banding. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are clearly visible; based on appearance, the larger items are silver-plated (EPNS).
