Buyer's Premium:

A collection of vintage straight razors and their corresponding protective cases, dating from the late 19th to the early 20th century. The assembly includes several examples manufactured in Sheffield, a historic centre for cutlery production. Notable markings include Haddon Razor cases with gold-stamped lettering indicating Guaranteed Sheffield Ground and Warranted Finest Quality. One razor tang is stamped Haddon and Made in Sheffield. A maroon fabric-covered case is inscribed for Robt. Clark Cutler Newcastle. The razors feature high-carbon steel blades and black scales, likely constructed from celluloid or hard rubber. The cases are constructed from card and fabric with various foil-stamped graphics. The collection includes cases marked simply Razor and one with a patterned finish.
