A vintage Matchbox Models of Yesteryear die-cast 1912 Ford Model T van, finished in a black advertising livery for Captain Morgan Rum. The model features a die-cast metal body with a textured white plastic roof and gold-tone plastic accessories, including a radiator, carriage lamps, steering wheel, and spoked wheels. The sides of the vehicle are decorated with multi-coloured transfers reading ‘Captain Morgan’, ‘CAPTAIN MORGAN RUM DISTILLERS’, ‘DACRE STREET’, ‘LONDON SW1’, and ‘Black Label RUM’, accompanied by a graphic character illustration. The base plate is impressed with the text ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’, ‘MATCHBOX’, ‘MODELS OF YESTERYEAR’, ‘1912 FORD MODEL T’, ‘© 1978’, and ‘LESNEY PRODUCTS & CO LTD’.
