Lot 55: A Vintage Colombo New International Steel Folding Two-Step Stool
A vintage Colombo New International steel folding two-step stool, designed for domestic utility and portability. The stool is constructed from a grey painted tubular steel frame, featuring a large U-shaped top rail that functions as a steadying handle. It incorporates two rectangular steps with black, textured anti-slip plastic treads, supported by a pivoting folding mechanism for compact storage. Each step features a moulded mark in the centre of the black tread, consisting of the word COLOMBO above NEW INTERNATIONAL. A white adhesive safety label is applied to the outer side of the lower side rail, featuring various instructional icons and the legible number 4569. The unit is fitted with four black plastic protective feet.
