Lot 149: A Vintage 300W Metal Bench Grinder with Spare Wheels and Guards
A vintage 300W metal bench grinder and an assortment of spare wheels and metal guards. The central motor unit is finished in a textured grey coating and bears a black and white identification label printed with the text ‘BENCH / GRINDER / 230V / 50Hz / 300W / 15/45 min. / INTERMITTENT’. The assembly includes dual black-painted metal wheel guards, one of which retains a small white label specifying wheel dimensions as ‘150 x 20 x 12.7mm’, and a single clear plastic eye shield. The collection also features two additional green-painted circular metal guards, a replacement abrasive stone grinding wheel, and a wire brush wheel. One loose abrasive wheel shows a partial white printed mark that appears to read ‘GAREX’, though the remaining characters are not legible.
