Lot 155: Vintage Makita Cordless Drill Kit with Case
A vintage Makita cordless drill kit with case, featuring a teal plastic power drill with a black rubberised grip and a keyless metal chuck. The drill body is fitted with a torque selection collar with numerical markings from 4 to 12. Included in the set is a single red plastic Ni-Cd/Ni-MH battery pack and a green plastic charger. The charger bears an adhesive label reading ‘DC1804 T makita’, ‘Ni-MH & Ni-Cd 7.2-18V’, and ‘Makita Corporation MADE IN CHINA’, with a serial number sticker reading ‘N 630353A9’ and ‘040507’. The charger is wired with a standard UK three-pin plug. The entire set is housed in a teal blue moulded plastic carrying case with twin black sliding latches and a molded white ‘Makita’ logo. A white adhesive lot tag printed ‘Lot 155’ and a handwritten label reading ‘46736’ are adhered to the case exterior.
