Lot 342: A Vintage Laura Ashley Newgate Wall Clock and Philips Onis Vox Telephone System
A vintage Laura Ashley Newgate wall clock and a Philips Onis Vox telephone system. The circular wall clock features a cream-coloured dial with black Roman numerals and grey-finished hands with circular counterweights. The dial is printed with the text LAURA ASHLEY in uppercase letters, with NEWGATE and CLOCKS marked toward the bottom edge below the VI numeral. The Philips Onis Vox digital cordless telephone system includes a black handset and a matching base station with answering machine controls. The handset and base are both marked PHILIPS and Onis Vox, and the handset features a monochrome digital display. A UK three-pin mains power adapter marked TYPE: FW 3299/6 and MADE IN CHINA is included, alongside a BT-style telephone line cord. These electronic items are housed in a mismatched box for a BT Freelance XA 3000.
