Lot 362: A Pair of Vintage No Fear and Renner Laminated Wood Skateboards
A pair of vintage No Fear and Renner laminated wood skateboards, each comprising a multi-ply deck, metal trucks, and polyurethane wheels. The No Fear board features a black grip tape surface with a central white halftone dot pattern surrounding the stylised text NO FEAR. The underside is decorated with a vibrant graphic of blue, pink, yellow, and green stripes, featuring a monster character and branding for NO FEAR and NY FEAR. It is fitted with silver-tone metal trucks and black wheels printed with NO FEAR. The Renner board is surfaced with plain charcoal grey grip tape. The underside displays a graffiti-style graphic reading RENNER in red, orange, and yellow tones over a brown brick wall pattern, with the brand name repeated in smaller block text. It is equipped with black-painted trucks and cream-coloured wheels. The underside also features a white stylised mark reading M111 near the tail.
