Lot 425: A Collection of Vintage and Contemporary Household Wares
A collection of vintage and contemporary household wares, including a distressed blue-painted wooden box and a wicker basket with a high overhead handle. The lot features a conical fabric lampshade with a blue trailing vine motif, a dark wood-effect framed print of a tabby cat inscribed ‘A house is not a home without a tabby cat’, and various packaged consumable items. Included are GE 40W light bulbs, 3M Command damage-free hanging hooks, a box of six scented aromatherapy dinner candles, and a sealed pack of four pink star-shaped floating candles labelled ‘AUCHAN A VOTRE ECOUTE 4 bougies flottantes ‘Etoile’ nacrées’. The collection is housed in a ‘Burts British Potato Chips’ cardboard carton and contains a heavy, clear glass vessel with a moulded base.
