A collection of 21 vintage Orbis De Agostini Group Dinosaurs! periodical magazines, dating from the early 1990s. This series is part of the AN ORBIS PLAY & LEARN COLLECTION and is titled DINOSAURS! DISCOVER THE GIANTS OF THE PREHISTORIC WORLD. Each magazine is a saddle-stitched booklet featuring a gloss-finished paper cover illustrated with paleontological subjects, such as the Tyrannosaurus rex on Issue 1 and an Iguanodon on Issue 9. The covers bear the printed ORBIS DE AGOSTINI GROUP logo and name. Issue 1 is printed with an introductory price of 30p and contains callouts for free 3-D glasses and the first part of a glow-in-the-dark dinosaur model. Issue 9 is marked with a UK price of £1.00 and lists international prices for Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, and Malta. A pink adhesive note is attached to the front reading 9249 21 dino magazines, and a white thermal adhesive label is present marked Lot 527 from HCP Auctions South West.
