Lot 528: A Vintage Clear Blown Glass Wine Decanter
A vintage clear blown glass wine decanter of classic wide-based form. The piece features a bulbous body designed for aeration, which tapers into a slender neck and terminates in a flared, polished rim. The glass is thin-walled and colourless, exhibiting the characteristics of hand-blown production. The body of the decanter bears two adhesive paper labels: a handwritten white tag reading ‘3394’ and a printed rectangular label from ‘HCP Auctions South West’ for ‘Lot 528’ with the web address ‘www.hcpauctions.net’. There are no further maker’s marks, etched signatures, or brand identifiers visible on the piece.
