Lot 1007: A Collection of Vintage Ceramic, Glass, and Silver-Plated Decorative Wares
A collection of vintage ceramic, glass, and silver-plated decorative wares, comprising various ornaments and household collectibles. The group includes a porcelain cabinet plate featuring a central polychrome floral bouquet within a wide, gold-encrusted lace-pattern border. A silver-plated twin-handled footed bowl shows significant surface tarnish and oxidation throughout. The assembly also contains a large ceramic bowl modelled as a peach-glazed scallop shell and a white ceramic teapot with a scroll-form finial. Further items include small white porcelain vases with delicate applied and encrusted floral motifs, alongside a pink opalescent hobnail glass vase and a tall ruby-red glass vase. A frosted glass jar features floral transfer decoration and a metal-mounted lid. The group is completed by a brown figurine of a fox and several silver-plated candle holders. No maker’s marks or signatures are clearly legible in the provided images.

Heavy tarnish and oxidation is visible to the silver-plated bowl and candle holders (photo 1). Minor losses are present to the fragile applied porcelain floral motifs (photo 2). The teapot spout shows brown staining (photo 1, 3). All items exhibit general surface dust and wear consistent with age and storage (photo 1).
