Lot 1015: A Vintage Pine Studio A-Frame Easel
A vintage pine studio A-frame easel, designed for floor-standing use. The piece is constructed from light-toned pine with a natural finish, featuring a central vertical mast supported by a folding A-frame tripod base. It incorporates an adjustable lower horizontal support rail and a sliding top clamp, both secured via metal cross-head screw fixings to facilitate canvases of various heights. The wooden frame displays finger-joint construction in multiple sections. A small white rectangular adhesive label is affixed to the central mast, printed with the inventory number 1015.

Condition report:
The item is in used, uncleaned condition. Visible cobwebs are present across the rear supports and joints (photo 2). There are dark spots and splashes of surface marking to the lower cross-rail and the right-hand supporting leg (photo 1). The frame shows general surface wear, including scuffs and minor indentations consistent with regular studio use.
