A collection of vintage music and sporting event ticket stubs dating from 2003 to 2010, primarily relating to venues in Manchester and Liverpool. The group features tickets for high-profile music performances, including two for Green Day at the Lancashire County Cricket Ground in 2010 and the Manchester Evening News Arena in 2009. Further significant items include a ticket for Biffy Clyro at Manchester Central in 2010, The Beta Band at the Carling Academy Liverpool in 2004, and The Polyphonic Spree at Manchester Academy in 2003. Also present is a ticket for a Lancashire Lightning Twenty20 cricket match at Old Trafford. Condition report:
The collection is in a used, as-found condition consistent with its nature as event ephemera. General creasing, handling wear, and dog-eared corners are visible throughout the group (photo 1). The Biffy Clyro ticket displays a notable vertical fold and surface scuffing (photo 3). Thermal printing on several items, particularly the 2009 Green Day and Biffy Clyro tickets, shows varying degrees of fading but remains largely legible (photos 2 and 3). Some edges show minor fraying and wear.
