Lot 646: A Collection of Eleven Vintage Glazed Porcelain Miniature Animal Figurines
A collection of eleven vintage glazed porcelain miniature animal figurines, each modelled in a variety of naturalistic and stylised poses. The assortment includes a diverse range of domestic and wild animals, including two white sheep, a lamb wearing a blue ribbon collar, a brown and white standing foal, a terrier-type dog, a tan Scottish Terrier, a brown squirrel, a recumbent hedgehog, a charcoal-coloured badger, a white swan with a pink beak, and a brown bulldog. The figures are finished in smooth gloss glazes in tonal shades of brown, tan, and white. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible on the upper surfaces of the items. A white adhesive lot label is attached to the base of the brown dog reading ‘HCP Auctions South West Lot 646 www.hcpauctions.net’.

The collection appears to be in good condition, with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of repair to the glazed porcelain surfaces (photos 1-3).
