Lot 805: A Vintage Plastic and Fabric Steam Cleaner Accessory Set
A vintage plastic and fabric steam cleaner accessory set, housed in a mismatched cardboard carton. The collection includes several black plastic attachments suitable for domestic floor and surface cleaning. A large floor brush head features a manual toggle switch on the upper surface for adjusting the brush height. The set also contains two rigid extension wands, a tapered crevice tool, and a small angled detailing brush with a flexible black bellows-style neck. Complementary items include a small white plastic funnel with an integrated handle loop and a white woven cleaning cloth. The items are contained within a printed cardboard box for a Morphy Richards Clarity jug kettle, which displays the text morphy richards and 2 year guarantee. Adhesive labels on the box are printed with HCP Auctions South West and Lot 805, alongside a handwritten price mark of 9.95. No maker’s marks are present on the cleaning attachments themselves.
Condition report:
Used condition throughout. All plastic components show visible accumulations of dust and minor surface scuffing from previous use (photo 1). The cardboard box is in poor condition with heavy wear, taping, and torn edges, and it does not match the contents (photo 2). The cleaning cloth shows signs of use and discolouration. All items are sold as seen and untested.
