Lot 808: Kirby Tradition Vintage Cast Aluminium Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Kirby Tradition vintage cast aluminium upright vacuum cleaner, featuring a heavy-duty cast metal body with blue decorative accents and a navy blue patterned fabric outer dust bag. The unit is constructed with a cast metal motor housing and intake head, attached to a long vertical handle with integrated cord storage hooks. A grey power cable is attached, terminating in a standard UK three-pin plug. The neck of the motor housing features a blue adhesive label printed with the model name Tradition in silver-tone text. The manufacturer name Kirby is clearly visible as an embossed feature on the front of the intake head and is printed vertically along the blue neck panel. A white adhesive label reading Lot 808 is applied to the upper section of the handle grip.

Condition report:
Visible pitting and oxidation to the cast aluminium housing (photo 1). Surface scratches and general wear to the blue decorative panels and intake head (photo 2). There is general dust accumulation and soiling throughout consistent with age and previous use. The fabric bag shows minor surface wear but no visible tears (photo 1). The power cable shows surface grime and all electrical functions remain untested.
