Lot 868: A Vintage Distressed Tan Leather Two-Seat Sofa
A vintage two-seat tan leather sofa, featuring a low-profile and blocky silhouette with wide, square armrests and deep, integrated seat and back cushions. The piece is upholstered in a light brown distressed leather with visible natural grain and creasing. The sofa is supplied with an assortment of three throw pillows, including a square quilted basket-patterned pillow with a plaid border, a rectangular floral tapestry pillow with red piping, and a rectangular olive green velvet pillow. A small white rectangular adhesive label is positioned on the upper surface of the right armrest, printed with the numerical characters 868, which appear to be an auction house lot number. No other maker’s marks, brand labels, or manufacturer stamps are discernible.

Condition report:
Heavy creasing and surface scuffing are evident across the leather upholstery, particularly on the seat and back cushions (photo 1). There are two large, dark circular stains present on the centre and right-hand seat cushions (photo 1). The throw pillows show signs of general wear and fraying to the fabric edges (photo 1). The item appears to have accumulated a light layer of dust and surface debris (photo 1).
