A pair of British Telecom Piper logo plastic toolboxes and specialist engineering tools, featuring the stylised ‘Piper’ running figure logo used by the company in the 1990s. The boxes are constructed from grey moulded plastic with black plastic cantilever internal trays and metal carry handles. The contents include an assortment of specialist telecommunications equipment, notably an orange tool bearing a white adhesive label reading ‘ITEM CODE No. 127528’, ‘STRIPPER CABLE COAXIAL No. 7A’, ‘CONTRACT No. 632624’, and ‘AC EGERTON LTD., Tenterden, Kent, England’. The collection also includes two handheld induction probes, one with a side label reading ‘ADAPTOR’ and ‘Long press to…’, a punch-down tool with a wooden handle, various yellow test leads, a masonry drill bit, and various small hardware components in bags printed ‘Made by AC EGERTON Ltd’. The trays also contain a UK travel adapter and several loose Energizer batteries.
