A Makita 18V Ni-Cd cordless drill kit, comprising a cordless drill/driver, a rechargeable battery, a battery charger and a blow-moulded carry case. The drill/driver is constructed with a teal and black moulded plastic housing featuring the Makita logo in white and is fitted with a metal keyless chuck and a torque adjustment collar. The red plastic battery base features a silver adhesive label printed with the text Makita PA18 18V 1.3Ah, along with Ni-Cd recycling symbols and Makita Corporation Anjo, Aichi, Japan. The teal plastic battery charger has a central label identifying it as a DC1804T Makita unit for Ni-MH & Ni-Cd 7.2-18V batteries, which includes a 2007 date stamp and is fitted with a standard UK three-pin plug. The set is contained within its original teal plastic blow-moulded carry case with an embossed Makita logo on the exterior.
