Lot 292: An Assortment of Wood and Glass Coastal Themed Decorative Items including Emma Ball Framed Prints
An assortment of wood and glass coastal themed decorative items including Emma Ball framed prints. The collection features two wooden model sailboats with fabric sails; the larger model is finished with distressed blue and white paint and rigged with netting and a blue starfish ornament, while the smaller model has white sails, one of which bears the printed text Gentle Sea. A boat-shaped wall mirror with a white wooden frame is decorated with an array of applied seashells, fragments of sea glass and a small section of netting at the top. The lighthouse ornament is constructed from wood and painted with blue and white horizontal stripes, featuring rope accents and a blue anchor attached to its base. Included are two framed watercolour prints by the artist Emma Ball, both set in white wooden frames with matching mounts. One print depicts two beach huts numbered 8 and 9 with seagulls and bunting, while the second shows a row of colourful huts and a lighthouse. Each print is signed with a painted signature reading Emma Ball in the lower right corner. Several glass vessels are utilised for displaying small seashells, including a bottle with a printed label reading APRICOT BRANDY LIQUEUR, a jar with a decorative metal floral lid and a small liqueur glass. Further decorative pieces include a wooden boat marked No 94 with a red flag, wooden seagulls on a driftwood base and a small sailor figurine.
