This is a spiral-bound wall calendar produced by D.C. Thomson and Co., Ltd. to commemorate the 50th anniversary of The Beano comic, spanning from 1938 to 1988. The calendar is for the year 1988 and features a colour cover illustration titled BEANO 50th ANNIVERSARY FUN RUN, depicting a large gathering of iconic characters including Dennis the Menace, Gnasher, Minnie the Minx, Roger the Dodger, and The Bash Street Kids.
