Lot 623: A Set of Clear Pressed Glass Footed Dessert Bowls
A set of clear pressed glass dessert or side bowls of circular form. Each bowl is constructed with a smooth interior and a slightly flared rim. The base of each piece is detailed with a moulded ring of twelve rounded, projecting feet that serve as a stand. An impressed circular mark is located in the centre of the exterior base, featuring a central lowercase character d within a ring of indistinct, non-legible lettering. A handwritten retail label included with the lot reads ‘Set of 4 side / desert dishes £8.18’.
