A table lamp base constructed from patinated cast metal with a dark brown finish. The piece is designed in a neoclassical architectural style, featuring a square stepped base with molded decorative borders and a tapering square-sectioned column with recessed panels. The lamp is fitted with a standard bayonet-cap B22 bulb socket housed within a black plastic sleeve. The sleeve bears a white printed label with the text MAX.
