Lot 984: Two Garden Parasol Bases of Different Construction
Two garden parasol bases of different construction, including a heavy-duty weighted base and a fillable plastic base. The first base is of circular domed form, constructed from a heavy textured material such as cast iron or a weighted resin composite with a black finish. It features a central aperture for a parasol pole, fitted with a black plastic reducer collar and tightening mechanism. The second base is of circular domed form and blow-moulded green plastic construction, designed to be filled with water or sand for ballast. It includes a recessed central aperture and a side filler cap. No maker marks are visible on either piece.
