Lot 1022: A Mid-Century Style Woven Loom Storage Chest with Crushed Velvet Upholstered Lid
A rectangular storage chest or blanket box of woven fibre construction in the mid-century loom style, finished in white paint. The chest features a decorative braided trim encircling the upper edge. The hinged lid is padded and upholstered in a silver-grey crushed velvet fabric. The interior is finished with mustard-yellow paint over a wooden frame. A white adhesive paper label is attached to the woven side, featuring the handwritten words Loom Box in black ink and Res Fro in red ink.
