Lot 1029: Two household storage items comprising a bamboo laundry hamper and a wicker basket
Two household storage items consisting of a cylindrical laundry hamper and a tapered wicker basket. The laundry hamper is constructed from vertical slats of natural bamboo, bound together with horizontal rows of fine thread. It features a matching circular lid with a grey fabric-bound edge and is fitted with two white cotton rope handles secured through the sides. The accompanying utility basket is of tapered form and woven wicker construction, featuring two integrated loop handles. This basket contains a light-coloured removable textile liner. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or brand labels are visible on either piece.
