Lot 1062: A Polished Brass-Finish Twin-Light Floor Lamp with Integrated Dimmer Switches
A late 20th-century twin-light floor lamp, constructed from polished brass-toned metal. The design features a tall stem supporting a trumpet-shaped uplighter shade, which houses an internal translucent glass diffuser. A secondary reading light is mounted on a flexible metal gooseneck arm extending from the central stem. A rectangular control panel integrated into the stem features two independent rotary dimmer switches. The lamp is fitted with a white power cord and a standard UK three-pin plug. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or model names are readable on the body of the lamp or the control panel. A handwritten note on white paper is secured to the stem in a clear plastic sleeve, bearing the reference number 2927 and other partially illegible handwritten text.
