Two rolls of heavy-duty green polythene vapour control layer membrane, designed for use in building construction to manage moisture penetration within insulation systems. The material is manufactured as a multi-layered sheet, visible at the roll ends where it is tightly wound and folded. A white adhesive manufacturer’s label is attached to the exterior of the roll, printed in black text with the product specifications. The label reads: VAPOUR CONTROL LAYER, 125MU GREEN, WIDTH: 2.7M, LENGTH: 50M, JOB No: 55884, and ROLL No: 51. The 125mu designation indicates a material thickness of 125 microns. This roll provides a total coverage area of approximately 135 square metres.

Condition report:

The material is in new and unused condition. The exterior of the roll shows signs of surface dust and light grime consistent with warehouse storage (photo 1). There is minor creasing and light fraying at the exposed ends of the plastic sheeting where it has been handled and stored (photo 2). The adhesive label remains intact and fully legible.
