A Dracaena marginata ‘Tricolor’ houseplant, also known as a Madagascar dragon tree. The specimen features a slender, light brown woody trunk with a textured, scaly surface. The trunk exhibits a characteristic growth habit, leaning horizontally from the pot before curving upwards to support a terminal rosette of foliage. The leaves are narrow, sword-shaped, and variegated with longitudinal bands of green, cream, and pink. The plant is housed in a dark brown glazed ceramic vessel, which is decorated with horizontal ribbing and twin loop handles at the shoulder. A small, five-pointed brass-toned star ornament is attached to the upper foliage. The interior of the pot shows white mineral deposits around the rim. There are no maker’s marks or signatures visible on the plant or the ceramic pot.
