A painted softwood storage trunk of rectangular form, featuring a rustic slatted construction. The exterior is finished in a distressed pale blue wash, while the interior is painted in a contrasting white. The hinged lid is supported internally by a single brown leather-effect stay strap. The front face is embellished with a decorative heavy-cast metal pull handle, designed as a lion mask with a twisted ring through its mouth, finished in a patinated bronze tone and secured with cross-head screws. The carcass is built from rough-hewn timber with visible knots and uneven spacing between the horizontal slats. A handwritten white adhesive label on the lower front corner reads V73B and NO RES.

Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
