A nine carat yellow gold three stone cocktail ring featuring three graduated emerald-cut deep red gemstones, likely garnets. The stones are arranged in a horizontal row, secured within a traditional yellow metal claw setting featuring an open-gallery design to allow light through the stones. The head of the ring is supported by a simple D-section tapering shank. The interior of the band is struck with several hallmarks including the anchor symbol for the Birmingham assay office and the numbers 375 denoting 9 carat gold purity. A date letter W is also visible in a square cartouche.
