A vintage candle making kit and a frosted glass shade. The candle making kit, by the Creative Pastimes Collection (CPC), is housed in its original pink and white printed cardboard box. It contains several polythene bags of white wax granules in varying sizes, a pack of multi-coloured wax crayons for use as pigments, several white wicks, and a printed Candlemaking Instructions booklet featuring illustrations of various candle shapes. The box lid bears the printed text CREATIVE PASTIMES COLLECTION, CPC, and 6 YEARS +. The second item is a domed ceiling or lamp shade constructed from frosted white glass, featuring an embossed relief pattern of swirling foliate and fan-like motifs across the exterior surface. It is currently held in brown moulded cardboard protective packaging secured with red and white striped tape, which bears a hand-written note reading GLASS SHADE.
