The blazer is constructed from navy blue wool with a dark green iridescent lining, featuring a peak lapel and a double-breasted front. It is embellished with a bullion-embroidered patch on the left breast depicting a gold-toned fouled anchor within a green laurel wreath, surmounted by a naval crown; a blue scroll below is embroidered with the word ‘BRITANNIA’.
