Lot 898: A Pine and Painted Wood Nightstand
Sold for: £10
A nightstand featuring a mixed-material construction with a natural pine top and base. The unit is configured with a single upper drawer positioned over a lower cupboard door. The door is designed with a recessed rectangular central panel accented by decorative moulding. Both the drawer and door are fitted with turned pine mushroom-style knobs, and the cabinet is supported at the front by two turned bun feet. The main body of the cabinet is finished in an off-white or cream paint, contrasting with the clear-varnished solid pine top which shows natural knots and grain. The drawer sides are constructed from solid pine with machine-cut joints, while the drawer bottom is formed from a thin plywood panel. The interior of the cabinet maintains a natural light wood finish. A small white adhesive lot sticker reading 898 is applied to the front left corner of the pine top.
Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
