Estimated price: £3 - £5

Buyer's Premium: 20%

A pair of vintage fixed-blade machetes of full tang construction. The collection features two distinct blade profiles: one machete is designed with a long, straight blade terminating in a slight upward curve at the tip, while the second machete possesses a broader, curved panga-style blade. Both blades are manufactured from a ferrous metal, likely carbon steel, and are secured to the handles with three metal rivets. The handles are crafted from shaped wood, showing a darkened patina and surface wear consistent with agricultural use. The panga-style machete retains a fragment of a green adhesive label on one side of the wooden handle, although no legible text or manufacturer branding is discernible. No maker’s marks, stamps, or country-of-origin marks are visible on the exposed metal or timber surfaces.
