A group of mixed media artworks and decorative wall mirrors, featuring a variety of landscape and figurative subjects. The collection includes a pair of framed watercolours on paper, one depicting a misty coastal landscape and the other a sunlit meadow; the coastal scene is signed to the lower right ‘G. Spence’. Also included is a larger watercolour or print in a mahogany-tone frame showing a castle fortress overlooking a harbour, and a monochrome lithograph or engraving of a stone arched bridge over a river. A figurative work portrays a person in a white gown against a purple and blue atmospheric background, alongside a modern colour print on canvas of a Parisian street scene featuring the building ‘LE CONSULAT’. The assortment is completed by several mirrors, including a rectangular mirror housed in a broad gilded frame with relief-carved Celtic knotwork, and a large rectangular wall mirror in a distressed white-painted frame with a dark geometric border. Small adhesive lot stickers are present on several frames, including one reading ‘Lot 1010’ and another ‘Lot 989’.
