Lot 168: Two garden items comprising a Vivohome style polyresin bird bath and a Gardena portable hose reel
The lot includes a pedestal bird bath in the style of those manufactured by Vivohome, featuring a lightweight polyresin construction with an antique green verdigris finish. The shallow circular bowl is designed with a moulded interior pattern of radiating petals and a decorative border of oval piercings around the rim. The bowl is supported by a slender central column mounted on a circular, open-work base with ornate cast-style scroll and fleur-de-lis motifs. The second item is a portable garden hose reel by Gardena, featuring a blue plastic reel assembly on a tubular metal frame with a silver-tone carry handle. The unit includes an orange plastic manual winding crank and is fitted with a length of reinforced grey garden hose with orange and red stripes. The Gardena brand name is moulded into the black plastic side housing of the reel.
Condition report:
Both items show signs of previous use and outdoor exposure. The bird bath exhibits surface weathering and accumulated debris in the bowl. The hose reel shows typical surface soiling and wear to the plastic and metal components consistent with garden maintenance.
