Lot 204: Record Manual Tube Bender with Integrated Pipe Vice and Tripod Stand
A professional-grade manual industrial tube bender manufactured by Record of Sheffield, England. The unit is constructed from heavy-duty cast and tubular steel, finished in the manufacturer’s signature blue paint. The design incorporates an integrated hinged pipe vice and is mounted on a folding tripod stand. The main casting features a manufacturer’s label with the Record script logo and the words TUBE BENDER. A secondary identification sticker is located on one of the tripod legs, and a handwritten inventory label is also present. The tool includes the bending head, a former, and the vice assembly with a manual screw handle.
Condition report:
The item is in used, workshop-worn condition. There is a heavy accumulation of dust and surface grime throughout. Surface oxidation is present on the unpainted metal parts, specifically the vice screw and the bending former.
