Lot 292: A Collection of Assorted Bags and Purses
An assortment of bags and purses comprising various styles and materials. The collection includes a heavy-gauge knitted shopping-style tote in cream with black graphic text reading PLEASE LOVE ME, SINCE 1997, and LOVE AND FREEDOM. Also included is a large black canvas hobo-style shoulder bag featuring a wide adjustable strap and a diagonal silver-tone zip pocket to the front. A heavyweight olive green canvas utility bag is present, featuring external mesh side pockets and a canvas shoulder strap. The group further contains a tan canvas rucksack with black synthetic strap and buckle fastenings. Smaller accessories include a nude-coloured patent synthetic pouch with an embossed crocodile skin effect and gold-tone hardware, and a small teardrop-shaped coin purse in grained brown leather with a zip closure. No internal labels or designer markings are visible.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition. The canvas bags show typical signs of wear, including minor fading and softening of the fabric commensurate with age and use. The knitted bag and smaller purses appear to be in good overall condition.
