Lot 316: An Assortment of Miscellaneous Ceramics and Glassware
A collection of ceramic and glass wares. The group includes white porcelain plates featuring a polychrome floral border and silver-toned rims, alongside a miniature porcelain shoe figurine decorated with pink roses and gilt trim. A ceramic teapot is present, displaying a lobed body with orange floral decoration. Glassware consists of a tall cut glass vase with a cross-hatched diamond pattern and a clear glass globular-bodied decanter. Also included are yellow-glazed ceramic storage canisters, one transfer-printed with TEA and another with partial lettering for SUGAR. No maker’s marks are clearly legible on the items.
Condition report:
The teapot displays significant overall crazing to the glaze. Condition varies across the collection, with visible wear to the silver-toned rims and gilt decoration. Items show surface marks and signs of use consistent with age.
