Lot 386: A Collection of Cut Glass and Decorative Ceramic Items
A collection of assorted glassware and ceramic pieces. The group includes a large cut glass bowl featuring a polished metallic rim, decorated with a repeating geometric and star pattern. Also present are stemmed wine glasses with diamond and star-cut bowls, and a separate large circular glass bowl with an intricate starburst and cross-cut design. The collection further contains a pressed clear glass bowl characterised by a scalloped, stepped rim and etched star motifs on faceted panels. The ceramic items comprise a cylindrical mug with a red-painted rim and an illustrative scene, and a small bulbous vessel with a deep cobalt blue glaze and white floral-style decoration. Certain glass elements resemble patterns produced by Marquis by Waterford, though no maker’s marks, signatures, or hallmarks are visible.
