Lot 528: Two items of garden and electrical equipment comprising a Challenge electric grass trimmer and an extension cable reel
A Challenge model MG10340 electric grass trimmer and a portable extension cable reel. The trimmer is constructed with a blue and black plastic motor housing and an adjustable telescopic aluminium shaft. The motor housing bears a manufacturer label for Challenge, specifying model MG10340, 230-240V, 50Hz, and 250W power consumption. It is fitted with an integrated power cord and a standard UK three-pin plug. The extension cable reel consists of a black plastic drum mounted on a grey tubular metal frame with an integrated carry handle. The face of the reel contains four UK socket outlets and a technical specification label stating a maximum capacity of 720/2400 watts and 13A 240V. The unit includes a length of black PVC cable terminated with a UK three-pin plug.
Condition report:
Both items are in used condition. The grass trimmer shows accumulation of dirt and dried grass residue on the safety guard and lower housing. The extension cable reel exhibits signs of heavy use with significant dust and surface grime; the cable is currently partially tangled. Both items are untested and their functional status is unknown.
