Lot 254: A Vintage Painted Metal Two-Step Folding Step Stool
A vintage two-step folding metal step stool featuring a grey-painted tubular metal frame. The stool is fitted with two black textured treads, each bearing an embossed circular mark containing the letters G and S. The frame is constructed from tubular steel with a curved top rail serving as a handle and a folding mechanism that allows the unit to be stored flat. A small white adhesive lot tag numbered 254 is present on the upper portion of the frame.
Condition report:
The item is in a well-used condition consistent with age. There is visible surface rust at the hinge points and on the underside of the metal steps. The grey painted finish shows signs of wear, including scattered paint splashes and general abrasions throughout the frame.
