Lot 273: A Collection of Boxed Jigsaw Puzzles including Waddingtons, Jumbo, and King International
A collection of approximately 10 boxed jigsaw puzzles featuring various themes and piece counts. The assortment includes a Waddingtons 500-piece puzzle titled Ballooning, Leeds Castle, England (Ref 10737) and a Jumbo Wasgij? Christmas Special 7 1,000-piece brainteasing puzzle titled Special Delivery. Also present are three 1,000-piece puzzles by King International from the Landscape and Classic Collections, with titles including Polperro Harbour (Ref 5002) and The Mill Pond by Alexander Sheridan (Ref 5097). The collection further contains a Cheatwell World’s Smallest 1,000-piece puzzle depicting a Dutch windmill scene, a CSI: Crime Scene Investigation 750-piece Missing Piece puzzle titled Everybody Loathes Somebody Sometimes, and a Bits And Pieces 750-piece shaped teddy bear puzzle. Additional items include The Wizard’s Spell by Express Gifts Ltd, a 1,000-piece shaped teddy bear puzzle measuring over 3 feet in length, and a Birdsong 1,000-piece puzzle in a space-saving box with eco-friendly paper packaging for the pieces. The puzzles are constructed from printed cardboard and are housed in their original manufacturer boxes. The entire lot is contained within a large, clear plastic storage tub.
Condition report:
The boxes exhibit varying degrees of shelf wear, including edge scuffing, corner bumping, and some instances of handwritten notes. Several boxes bear auction lot stickers. The puzzles are sold as seen; contents are unchecked and the completeness of pieces cannot be guaranteed.
