Lot 32: An Assortment of Vintage and Modern Hand and Power Tools including Rabone Chesterman and Rally
This lot comprises a collection of hand and power tools housed within a black plastic crate. The assortment includes a Rally 9.6V cordless drill with a corresponding battery pack. Manual boring tools consist of two hand drills, one featuring a red-painted gear wheel, a manual brace, and a large wood auger bit. The lot contains several saws, including a handsaw with a wooden handle, a coping saw, and Payless brand hacksaw blades in retail packaging. Hammer types present include two claw hammers, one with a wooden handle and one with a black composite grip, alongside a wooden-handled club hammer. Measuring equipment is represented by a Rabone Chesterman Silverline tape measure in a circular metal case. Sharpening tools include two whetstones, one of which is set into a wooden block. Miscellaneous hand tools include a large open-ended spanner, a Y-shaped tyre iron or socket tool, various chisels including a cold chisel with a rubber hand guard, and multiple screwdrivers with wooden and plastic handles.
