Lot 333: Three vintage porcelain tea services including Royal Albert Lavender Rose
A collection of three vintage porcelain tea services of British manufacture, featuring the Royal Albert Lavender Rose pattern. The first service is Royal Albert bone china in the Lavender Rose pattern, decorated with transfer-printed sprays of lavender-pink roses and green foliage. The pieces feature the fluted Montrose shape with gilded rims and bear the Royal Albert bone china England backstamp. The second service is Roslyn China in the Rita pattern, number 4933, featuring yellow and tawny-toned floral motifs on fine bone china with gilded rims. The third service is decorated with blue ribbon bows and pink floral swags, bordered by scrolling gold-toned motifs, and includes a bulbous teapot with a fluted lower body and an ornate rococo-style handle. The collection includes various teacups, saucers, side plates, and creamers.
Condition report:
The services appear to be in generally good vintage condition. There is visible minor surface wear and some rubbing to the gilded rims, consistent with age and domestic use. No major chips, cracks, or restorations are immediately visible.
